The
foundation of Landlord Connections came out of a resounding
need for service.
Many of us are tired of situations where we found ourselves dealing with :

tenants who do not pay their rent;

tenants destroying the property;

tenants making it difficult for good tenants to stay;

tenants trying to intimidate you by yelling and swearing at you;

tenants leaving you with huge utility bills.
"Professional Tenants" (as described above) cause disruption to everyone in the community. We want to stop these"Professional Tenants" dead in their tracks.
The Tenant Protection Act is just that - it protects tenants but not
landlords.
Unfortunetly it protects bad tenants. In all fairness, I'm sure there
have been times that a good tenant or landlord has benefited, but it
seems few and far between. Please note:

The filing fees for landlords are 100 times more than for tenants. Its free for tenants to file, but the landlord has to pay the $150.00 filing fee just to start an 'action'. This can 'dig' into an already slim pocketbook for a landlord who may be out a month or more rent by that time. As you probably already know, the landlord averages a wait of a month and a half to get a 'bad tenant' removed - sometimes even longer. PLUS should you need to get a Sheriff, that is another $345.00 plus mileage.
